On this website we all complain about companies but i think that its about time somebdy gave credit to a good companY

Domestic and General D&G are amazing their staff are brilliant, they stick to their promises (unlike Sky)

they are brilliant if you want your appliances covered use them.

They replaced our washing machine that broke straight away no hassle.

Probably in the wrong thread, but just for balance I'll respond to the OP by saying that D&G are possibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They were so bad that I have now decided to never, ever buy a warranty from them again, and to go down the self insurance root.

Three months to replace a broken down freezer (over the summer as well).
Three months to replace a broken dishwasher - it took them this long to come to the conclusion that they couldn't source the required parts
Three months and four repairs and my washing machine was still not working. All they could offer was for the machine to be taken away, for an unspecified period, because it would be more convenient for the engineer!
