I have a sentinel mortgage payment protection policy that incurred a rate interest in June, it was around a 10% increase. The policy is an annual renwable policy but I pay for it monthly via a finance company. Does this mean that I will be entitled to a refund of the increase even though this an annual policy (paid monthly). I've been told annual policies do not count and its only continuous montly policies that are entitled?
