If you have a sales desk anywhere near you use them instead. It will save you the admin and delivery charges.

I agree - I compared prices for Riverdance purchased on Ticketmaster and on the Box office telephone number for the venue and saved over £10 - but OP says she has to buy on Ticketmaster - wonder why?

Maybe the tickets are only being sold by them? Hmm, not sure. But there are Ticketmaster sales desks dotted around, and they can be found here. They really do save on the, frankly excessive, charges for online payments.
