My cavalier is a cat c.Been inspected offered amount minus scrap value but ive heard nothing in writing after 2 months.
Its now repaired damage was light.Hoiw do i legally put it back on road so I can sell it to recoup my losses?0 -

Things may have changed since my claims day but category E did exist but was so rare that it was almost never taught in training. It was for a vehicle that was deemed a total loss after the repairs had already been carried out. If you look at the below link it outlines the rare catagory E further down the page.
