love how biased hamish is
X is down... as we expected :P
Even when its negative news... its 'ok and expected' :P.. Love him... transparent as a pane of glass
And your not'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
Im certainly less biased than the bulls :P. At least these days. I recognise that house prices will go up and down.. and may even go up rather than down...
because they aint driven by economy but by peoples emotions, desires and needs.... but MORE IMPORTANTLY.... by the credit available to them.
If you allow the masses to borrow more and more money for a house... then they will borrow as much as they can (even if it is more than they can afford) to get it.
As a bear... that is opposite of bias... i have never ever seen hamish admit or suggest anything other than his biased drivel of houses go up up up. its astonishing.
If houses do go down I will in his honor make titles with similar veins... 'House prices down, as expected'... over and over be funny.0 -

The point is steveij... he is the uber bull.. even capable of taking negative news and putting his own spin.. so as to defer is meaning :P. Its an ability i say0

rewired (Today)
I believe rewired has thanked me on previous occasions.
The thanks thing is a bit wierd for me. Because I have different opinions on things, and also by learning new information do change my opinion (or credit that another perspective is viable/more likely) I think I have quite some variety of thankers.
It is likely that thanks is for "attacking" Hamish. In reality, it is not a personal attack, but it is an attack on the position taken, & what I feel constitutes hypocracy in his posts. If he had the decency to respond to me - even via a PM he would at least get some respect from me for the acknowledgement. However he is choosing not to - exactly what he accuses HP of doing. Double Standards methinks.
Darren Fletcher at right back is a weakness open to exploitation. I have to have hope...It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
If you needed proof that we are in the deepest recession since time began read below
Tickets for Man Utd's Carling Cup semi-final 2nd leg derby match versus Manchester City will go on general sale from 08:00 GMT on Tuesday 15 December.
The tickets are yet to materialise on the web site, it could still be an error'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. The only weakness with Fletcher at right back is the fact that he will be missing from midfield'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. I wish I could afford to go StevieJ!
Have a good evening!
I'll be listening on the radio. Realistically, I expect we'll get tonked. However in 2003/04 we should've won at OT (3rd game of the season, if henri camara had the ability to shoot straight we could've:eek:), & when we won at the Mol, Man U's season fell apart:eek:It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0
