Fur real lulu faulty - help

I bought fur real lulu cudling kitty for my daughter in november from sainsburys that i work for, and its developed a fault, its just clicking, and no longer meowing or moving, this was when it was still in its box, so replaced the batterys and it still does the same.

Tried to take it bck to sainsburys but due to me loosing receipt they won't entertain me even though i work for them

I got told to take it back home and to contact the manufacturers as its there problem not our,.

anyway this is my daughters xmas present and she will not have a xmas present if i can't get a replacement :'( so please can you help me

    In this case, not necessarily given that this model Fur Real has only been released for a matter of weeks.

    That is one area of fluffiness I'm not so up-to-date on then! But if OP, for some reason, wanted to go via Sainsbury's rather than Hasbro, I think I'd be correct.

    I think she may be easier going with Hasbro at this point, if Sainsburys have already dug their heels in. I've dealt with Hasbro many many times before (I worked in a toy shop) and their customer service is brilliant, especially at this time of year. I can almost guarantee they will have another sent out to OP within days ;)

    And fingers crossed Esqui, you may get a squirrel fur real one day!
