Kaspersky KIS 2010 Problems

Be careful if you are trying to update Kaspesky Internet Security from 2009 to 2010.
Lots of time wasted trying to download updated software.
There own website is awash with people reporting problems.
Shame as up until now KIS 2009 had worked fine.
Have contacted them with details but they have not got back to me by their given time.
Shame about the £40 too - but I plan to retrieve that.....
