Bedroom inspiration.......Magnolia....

Due to time constraints and new carpet being fitted, i went for the boring option of going for magnoila in my bedroom. Its my first place and couldnt decide on a color in time which i loved.
Might change it in the future but for now, will stick with it
Anyway....Ive ended up with magnolia walls, brilliant white ceiling, satin woodwork and a beige carpet
I have a oak bedstead, ikea PAX wardrobe with frosted glass sliding doors and ikea oak chest of drawers etc
So, I'm in some desperate inspiration for a color scheme, bedding, curtains, really need to add some color to the room.
or a contrasting color for a feature wall, or wallpaper ?
Its a fairly small room, only about 3m x 3m or so
Thanks :rotfl:

I like murals, they are a lot cheaper than what i thought they would be and go on like wallpaper. You can get various designs that could enhance your room or some places allow you to send your own image in and they will make it into a mural.
I have never hung wallpaper so would probably get somebody to do it. Some i have seen are inexpensive so could afford to change it at a later date.
I have also been looking at unique wall graphics
for my kitchen but theres some nice ones on here that can go anywhere and you have choice of colours and you could easily do this yourself.0 -
Why not add some coloured accessories? Purple is very 'in' right now, and comes in all different shades.. I've just got some absolutely gorgeous wallpaper and a rug from B&Q that is going to look fab!
Cushions, light fittings, rugs etc can all be easily changed and make your room look much more colourful than it is.
Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.0
