Hi. Im looking to find a present my wife can buy me for crimbo, i thought that an audio book or an e reader would be a good idea, However i only read about six books a year, the books seem expensive or have i been looking in the wrong place.

Can't speak for ebooks / eReaders as I don't know too much about the new market. I personally think that it's still a bit of a novelty (no pun intended) in the UK. Prices for eReaders and book titles will come down like most technology over time.
As for audio books, have a look at http://www.audible.co.uk
It's owned by Amazon so no problems with reputation. I thought the prices were quite reasonable. Maybe get your OH to get you a gift cert so you can listen to a few books on your Ipod / Mp3 player.0 -
