I like doing a roast in the week. often we have one on a Monday or a Wednesday. I never seem to make half as much mess in the week either
Not tonight though. Tonight we have a mish mash of things from the freezer. I want to use up what's in there and defrost it before I go and do a shop for Christmas.0 -

TAG - snap with the freezer mish mash, we are having Thai green curry - at least I think that's what it is LOL and kids remainder of a pack of sausages. Trying to free up some space as I want to get my food shopping mostly done this week before school breaks up.
have asked MIL (who is coming for The Day) to bring pudding as I find that always seems to use up the whole fridge AND freezer, there are only 6 of us but my DH does like his puddings :rotfl:Jan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

We're having 2 chicken thighs and a drumstick, 6 cheesey crispy pancakes, half a beef casserole, some frozen rice and frozen mash. :rotfl::rotfl:I'm just cooking it and the kids can pick what they want. Gets all the awkward bits out of the way.;)0 -
