Monday ~ Kitchen of Grot
Level One
Declutter and mop/vacuum the floors
[STRIKE]Find and wipe the worksurfaces[/STRIKE]
Level Two
Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
Clear and wipe a shelf and a window sill
Run the appliances through a clean cycle! degunge filters etc
Level Three
Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
Sort through and clean out ALL the food cupboards.. Sling the grot that has been in there since time began!!

Extras
Thoroughly clean out the fridge..[STRIKE] make use of anything almost past its best [/STRIKE]
Wash the windows

Defragment PC and run spyware scans while scrubbing the walls!

Level Three
Wash bathmats/shower curtain and furry bog hats
Extras
Finalise those last minute presents you have to buy..
Post all the cards you need to post. Last posting dates are drawing very close.

thats me updated for another day - didnt achieve much today except phone calls - will start panicking tomorrow I think - only have 4 more hours assisted shopping!

Coooeee I'm here, been a busy busy day but we're now almost finish present shopping down from 14 to buy for! DP actually helped. Just need to get presents for(apart from awaiting deliveries)

His brother - DP's suggested a watch
Dad - vouchers for meal @ castle (phoning tomorrow)
Little M - portable DVD player, need to find cheapest one

Soft play party tonight which went well. Got a bit of DS1s room done, some laundry & almost completed the fittings in the Cham tank.

Hugs all round, sorry would be shattered if I try to catch up xx

I'd buy 'generic' party invites closer to home and use those if I couldn't get there!

I've sorted and labelled about half the presents. Once again DS2's pile looks huge compared to Ds1's. Although i've spent about the same on them Ds1's things tend to be smaller things like xbox games and cd's. I've got to finish what i've started because my whole bedroom is covered in presents.

As for my lists, I did actually clear up the kitchen, then I made dinner and promptly reversed everything I'd done, aside from cleaning the oven! WIll have to start again tomorrow, I'm knackered.

Poor DH is cleaning out all the paint from the bath, I left the rollers and trays soaking in hot water and only just remembered them. He's so good to me!

I'm off to bed now, night all, sleep well and sweet, sweet dreams!

Just wanted to say congrats to sexymouse before I go to bed. So pleased for you.

Haven't caught up I'm afraid, was out after work. Bed for me now, catch you tomorrow when I'll be having a quick fly round the living room as we have a flat inspection on wed.

But, I am having one of my mad moments and have decided to go through all my kitchen cupboards, rearrange, chuck and clean as I go. Not doing too bad either. I'm three quarters of the way round :T So I should have this list licked into shape early tomorrow.

Quillion re pastry I use 1lb plain flour

3oz marg
3oz Trex
2oz caster sugar

Rub fat into flour till breadcrumbs add caster sugar and mix in then add tepid water to make a dough...works for me.....obviously I double all quantities so just halve these if needed...hope that helps...
