Anyone know how much electricity a combi boiler pump will use? I assume because its not heating or cooling anything it is a nominal amount.....but that is an assumption....

Hard to say without knowing how hard/often it's working, make/model etc, etc..
Since it has a higher rating than a fridge pump but isn't used as often, I'd take a guess that about half of what your fridge uses over the year.
Now where do I put my disclaimer, it's a guess0 -
Wouldnt know how to get the cover off, let alone what Im looking for.0

Well we have mainly single radiators in this new build, they must of cheaped out by not putting doubles in, which means the pump doesnt stop working while the heating is on0

Most pumps use between 40W and 100W. So around 0.4p to 1p an hour.
The latest pumps can use as little as 5W - 20 hours for 1p.0 -
I depends on the make of pump really, but they only circulate, they can be up to about 100w. Some a bit more but usually lower.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

Even if it did use a lot of power much of that would be in the form of heat which would be transferred back into the water thus reducing your gas/oil consumption0 -
same as a light bulb0
