Hi, I am in England and the purchase price was
    Conveyancing fees: £350.00 + VAT - a fair price
Local search fee - £75.60 - should be in your HIP!
Coal Board search - £31.05 - are you in a mining area? if not then don't bother
Water and drainage search - £42.72 - should be in your HIP!
    Bankruptcy search - £3.00 - ok
HMLR search - £4.00 - ok (should be in HIP?)
    Telegraphic transfer fee - £28.75 - ok
Land Registry - £250.00 - as mentioned it should be £200
Land Transaction Return £46.00 - should normally be part of the overall fee, charging separately is a bit cheeky
