More like the staff don't want to get up at 5am!;)..dont blame em.
My OH was delighted as he'd agreed to get up and go with me and DD. :D

I reckon the queues'll be massive though, since at my store there are only a cluster of us dedicated diehards there at 5am.

I've noticed in past sales that they replenish stocks from the store-room as the day goes on and I always wonder if the best stuff goes on the floor from the outset or if it's just random
My message to that greedy wunch of bankers:
Debts another fine mess you got us into!

If you see somone who hasn't got a smile, give them one of yours.

Yes i believe it is. Everything will be at least 50% off Cant wait!!!! :T
  • It's not EVERYTHING - but most winter clothes, also alot of summer clothes, bikins, sandals, flip flops etc. are also put out but I think they are put out a few days after the sale starts depending on how big the store is.

Also - changing rooms are closed on the first sale day so make sure you go in before the sale starts to check the sizes of jeans/ tops etc. I find that I'm generally a size smaller with Next clothing as opposed to many other shops.

Every single option goes out at first, the only stuff in the back is what is already out what there is loads of, the best stuff inevitably sells first though. I can never believe how much stuff is sold in the first 2 hours, carnage!!
Ahhhh.... lemony fresh victory is mineee!!!
  • Sale starts on Boxing day - my branch are opening at 6am, the times vary for each branch. We are going to start marking down the items tomorrow - so I guess the VIP invites will be sent sometime this week.

Ours is at 7, an extra hour of bedtime is always appreciated!!! Can't wait to get my mitts on a HHT tomorrow and see if the markdown files have gone on, I assume they have by now.
