sorry shoud have been a bit more precise. Yes they have now sent a letter stating that i have failed to pay, within the given 21 days and that the charges have increased. How? When i didnt recieve the letter sent in the 1st place?0

In England/wales I assume? I also assume they have sent you an NTO and not just a letter?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

In England. Whats an NTO?? They have just wrote to me telling me that the payment for the fine has now increased...guess im lucky!
Just dont seem why i should pay extra, and why i should do the running around for the work they should have rightly done in the 1st place.0 -
