Double Glazing Grant or financial assistance?

I am a Housing Executive tenant and I am not on benefits, apart from working tax credit. I am on a low income, but fall outside the critera for most council grants. I was wondering if there were any suggestions for funding to help install double glazing. Maybe some companies wanting to offset their carbon foot print offering schemes. Possibly EU grants. I have checked to some degree and have found nothing that applies.

The NI Housing Executive are suffering fallout from the property market crash and are capping funding for much of this kind of thing. The numerous online links to Warm Front etc are no use to me as I am not over 60.
It really does seem that someone who is working hard for little money is not entitled to help unless they are on every benefit under the sun.

tenants are not usually covered by any gov schemes directly. the owners/landlords take care of that.

i assume you mean a housing association tenant?
