How do I get rid of seven gallon of Piesel

Put the wrong fuel in my car.We had to drain the tank, but now I am left with seven gallons of piesel.
How do I get rid.

    I am sure you can take fuel to the local tip/recycling centre?

    Depends on how much petrol you put into it.

    You could gift it to someone who is running an earlier diesel engine. My old Pug (R plate 406) could run up to 30% petrol in the diesel. Also check your manual, since there are some modern diesels can also run it (My L200 will run at 30% quite happily). Just need to work out the ratio of petrol to diesel, and then mix accordingly. 7 Gallons is a lot to write off....

    offer it toi a local garage they often use a mix for parts cleaning

    Put it on your local Freecycle!

    Everything gets offered a home on Freecycle
    Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree! :D

    And if they don't want it for any other purpose they will probably dispose of it for you at minimal cost. It's only about £35 after all.

    its good for cleaning upvc! brings up nice and white dont use too much though will stink and give you the giggles :rotfl:

    3 bleach caps full in a bowl of water with alpine fresh all purpose job done! keep a litre i would should last you ages. also good for cleaning up certain engine parts and paint brushes and paint guns.
