Will the press stop calling these unenforceable charges fines?

Ooh look, someone from Hastings has commented.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Thats a shame, they did not like a post from Hastings and have removed it. Just because it told the facts.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

It's a pity that the way this is reported seems to suggest that under other circumstances - e.g. REALLY staying there for longer than 90 mins - there would be a legitimate charge made. Most unfortunate.Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Thank you.0 -
QUOTE A spokeswoman for G24 Ltd, which manages parking at the South Bristol Retail Park, said: "There's an appeal process and we can investigate any complaint. In this case, we haven't had any communication from the driver concerned."
thats because we all know the appeal is in a porta cabin at the bottom of the garden where the scum hang out waiting for the letters to be delivered by their tea boy from their forwarding address, so they can all have a laugh and then send a letter saying "having reviewed your letter of appeal, on this occasion your a appeal have been denied".
well G24 and OTHERS, YOUR APPEAL TO CON MONEY FROM THE MOTORIST HAS BEEN DENIED.
REASON, YOUR A BUNCH OF THIEVING LOW LIFE SCUM WITH NO POWERS OF THE LAW WHAT SO EVER.
and we aint paying you jack s*it
