huya guys you kindly helped me with an intermittent laptop wireless problem, well this has been solved afer my laptop crashed and had to have erything restored to original.
but now my office suite keeps asking for the id no and says i am still on the trial of office. when i ry to register office with the id off the packet it won't accept it.
is this vecause i have already registered it before?
I have emailed microsoft but no reply yet.
anyone had this before and know what to do?

Do you actually own a license for the full version of office rather than just a trial? If it came with the PC it's likely to be a trial.0

When you try to 'activate' MS Office it should give you the option to activate by phone. Use the UK phone number to explain the situation to them.

IT thinks you're running it on 2 machines...the lucence is only for one. A phone call will fix it.
Licences only work once ..people trying to steal software don't ring up the makers so they will believe you...the guy from Adobe told me that when i had a similar problem with Photoshop.
