Rebecca, why don't you just send an apologetic email, and ask what they'd like to do. How much was the courier? Would it be more financially viable to get an speaker/electrical store local to them to have a look at the speakers, and try to sort the problem out? Google their postal address, and maybe phone up an electrical store and speak to them, so see if they'd do this for you. You'd have to pay...

If you open new accounts and you still haven't paid the fees from the other account that you owe. Eventually they will link the accounts and lock your new ones.

You need to sort out your old account otherwise all that will happen is your new ones will be frozen

Yes I knew that but needed another account open.. so did that and have a direct debit set up to pay ebay and paypal now.. so hopefully I will get my old account up and running again. For such a small ammount it isn't worth while ruining it!
I lost my internet connection for a week also (dog tripping the wire, and didn't notice) so that is why I didn't respond as I didn't know it was going on via paypal dispute.. alot of bother over nothing really!! But thanks for the advice anyway!!
