    Yeah found a lovely house,
I've always been disabled but 2 and half years ago had an accident - fell over in the shower and recked my leg even worse, so because I couldn't do a lot of stairs I got home from work and if I needed the loo that was it then upstairs for the rest of the evening.

If I was off sick - my OH would have to give the neigbour a key so he could bring me some lunch up stairs as I couldn't get down the kitchen
Spent 2 years in that bedroom - I hated it. When my husband was working early at weekends I had to get up early and he had to help me in and out of the bath it was awful.
I now have a house with a down stairs bathroom, and a walk in shower down stairs, its great its not a lot but I feel like I have my indepence back a bit.
Think thats alway why I got upset when the OR started asking questions about my disabilities
But on wards and up wards that all I can say. Its all got to be for the best

good at least when the repo goes through you're already set up.
i can imagine the ORs questions would be upsetting. there's nothing worse than having to justify your health to someone. i hope the OR has finished asking his Q's. onwards and upwards indeed :) x
  • MBNA are the lowest of the low.

NEVER call them (or barclaycard) as they store your caller ID and log it against your account (don't believe me- call up witholding your number and the menu options change)

My mobile records all calls and this gets the wind up them - when I point it out at the start of each call

MBNA are so inept they call me to offer me a business card even though I have a default agains my personal card :rotfl:
