HSBC Fair Fees Policy?

I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about their fair fees policy? I have found a few details on there website but I am looking for some info regarding the maximum of £150 of charges in 1 month? Does anyone know if they state if this is per account? I can not find anything even detailing the maximum charges on their site:o

Which I believe they later corrected as an error....I think you need to look at the news story a few days later where MSE admitted an error on the part of the press office
