in Credit cards
Hi All!
I'm being SOAed at the moment (exciting!) and have got £900 on the capital one classic card at 29.9% and £350 on an overdraft at 23% (I think).
It would be great to bring the rate down while I pay it off - and to pay it faster.
The trouble is i've been rejected for the 0% I applied for (egg) and am unsure what providers are 'kinder' with their lending requirements. My experian score is 387, mainly due to having only lived at my address for 5 months.
Apart from a couple of missed payments at uni, and one in January my credit is good. My wage is pretty reasonable and I've kept up other credit commitments.
Any suggestions as to who (if any) I should apply to? I resent paying the 29.9% to capital one.
Cheers!
