Hi Guys
We have a " PACIFIC STT2021 " TV that we bought from ASDA and although its been a good TV for the price we did something to it, and now whenever we turn it on we get a prompt for a 3 digit Code and cant use the TV without entering it, we have no idea what this code is and unfortunately we've lost the Manual.
Can anyone help ??
Cheers

I'd be tempted to try 000, 123, 999 etc. first - if they all fail I'd just start going though all the possibile combinations until I got lucky [there's only 1000].
If you do it methodically, it shouldn't take that long.
However you may well have put it into some sort of service mode so anything could happen when you chance upon the right code.
Can you take it back to Asda failing all else?0 -
Dont think we can take it back, had it a couple of years and no receipt......don't really fancy doing all that button pressing either. There has to be a way around it !!!
Cheers anyway0 -
Just press the "P P" button 3 times on your remote. The TV will come back on and you need to press "menu" 3 times and "Function" then turn the child safety off. :A0

..the irony in that being that it was probably the kids that turned it on.
