should i buy a washing machine from littlewoods

catalogue... can buy now and pay in feb 2011. what are your thoughts...are they any good? thanks

  • Personally I wouldn't. It's going to cost you more than it would if you bought it in a shop, and unless you actually manage to pay it off before February 2011, you will end up paying a bomb in interest. That's not even getting into the inconvenience of if getting it fixed if it breaks down

    I wouldnt i got a fridge freezer from a catologue and ended up paying for almost 2. Unless you can save from now until when the payments start in Feb then thats fine but i wouldn`t pay in instalments.
    Maybe if you can wait til the jan sales currys normally do great bargains on electrical appliances in Jan (thats if you can borrow a washer or use launderette til then) x
