Global Underground online Sasha CD deals - misleading

Seems to be a bad week for me ordering online this week...
Ordered what I thought to be a great deal from the Global Underground website the other day - 2 of the Involver CDs by Sasha for £10.00 (see link)

Initially, onsite and when I ordered this it was for a 4CD set (both 2CD versions) - after receiving the first CD a few days later it was apparent that the deal wasn't quite as good as I first thought as I received the single CD version of one of the CDs.
I contacted the GU customer service and after a few poorly written excuses got to the bottom of the problem... human error (which has now been amended on the website).
However, when I mailed them to check tht I was still going to receive the 2CD version of the first CD (as per the listing onsite) it seems I am going to receive the single CD version.
I find this type of customer service / online work by some companies to be really shockingly unprofessional.
I used to work in the music industry for 15 years and was responsible for this type of business so I know what needs to be done (ie checking cat no's properly), but it's getting frustrating dealing with these people.
Anyway, rant over I'm off to enjoy the rest of the weekend.
If you order anything from Global Underground I would suggest that you check first that what you're looking to order is what you'll receive!
