having great difficulty with them getting this going, they seem to be taking ages sending back all the docu,ents to fire the account up. They have withdrawn this offer now. Anyone else having problems?

I applied for the account online on 25th November. I was going to send the documents by post on Monday but don't know whether to do so if they are being slow to send back the documents.
Have you contacted them?
BTW, they do still have the interest rates for the Online Saver on their website:

Ok, sent documents on the 14th and received them back today (18th) from Sainsburys. I sent all the documents via 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
