As of today whenever I try to open word I get a box saying
'Run-time error '9': Subscript out of range'
Anyone have any idea what this is? and how I fix it? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling word but it's still happening.

I've seen sugestions that it is caused by a corrupt normal.dot file
just delete that file then try opening word, you will need to set up any customizations you hadEx forum ambassador
