Moving House & advising of your change of address

I wonder if anyone can help me out - I have heard there is a website you can visit and tell them you're moving and your new address; and they advise all your utility suppliers, and other people you pay bills to, rather than you having to make lots of phone calls or send lots of letters.
I've looked on this site but so far cannot find anything relevant, does anyone know of a website that offers this service?

I have to say I considered this website but I really wanted to do it myself, ie. phone up and make sure it had been updated correctly. I suppose its a trust thing!!
Don't forget storecards like Tesco and Matalan (if you have them). Also HMRC which you can now do online!
