Hi all,
I want to put a TV in my bedroom, there is no TV areal (cable). The only TV cable in this house is in the lounge, which is wall to wall with the bedroom. We would like to extend TV cable to bedroom, is it possible to do it ourselves or we shall call the engineer for that?
I s there any other way to do it? I heard there are some wireless devices..

Get another aerial installed with the cable run to your room. Its probably less hassle than trying to split the existing cable (you would need a splitter/amplifier for that). For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple and wrong.0

splitting co-ax nearly always leads to problems.Get some gorm.0 -

When i did one to the bedroom i got an ariel from Wilkies and fitted it in the loft then just dropped the cable through the ceiling.
The reception is fine but i suppose that could depend upon your area.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
