What a great find. My stepson has just hit the spotty stage but would be too shy to ask for anything to help (he stays with us at the weekend). Do you think he would be upset or offended if I made up a little toilet bag with smellies and this set for part of his Stocking?
As part of a toiletry goody bag, I think it's fine, it's a thoughtful gift. Wrapped up on its own with a big bow.... perhaps not!!0 -
I went in store today and picked up a couple for myself.
Firstly I went in my closest store, but they didn't have any '2 for £5' signs or any indication the items were on offer, so I didn't want to try my luck! So left and went to my 2nd nearest Boots store - where they had a sign up for '2 for £5' (which stated the £12.99 boxset was not included in the offer)..took them to the till and they went through no problem for £5:heartsmil Proud Weight Watcher :heartsmilStart Weight: 15st 13lb Current Weight: 10st 5lbTotal Loss to Date: 5st 8lb- - -Current 2011 Goal: Lose 8lb by 25th DecemberLoss This Week: -3 Total Loss 2011: -30 -
Thanks op - got 2 this afternoon and the look on the sa's face was priceless, I asked her to price them and she said 12.99 each so I said I thought there was a deal on if you bought 2 and when they came up at £5 she was not amused.0

Had a similar experience today, but in reverse........ I was in M/Keynes today deliberating about buying it, there were 2 for £5 signs up (don't know if it said this item was exempt though) but we ended up looking at something else and I forgot about it.
So later I went to Bletchley to have another go at buying it, but there was no indication, at all, of any offer on that range at all. But as I had gone out of my way to be there I decided to bite the bullet and went to the till (this is so not, as bold, as I would normally be !) and said " If you put two of these through, does it come up as an offer on them" The SA was very happy to oblige, but her jaw nearly hit the floor when it came up as £5.00.
My daughter has not tried this range before so to get to try it out for £5.00 is just unbelievable, she's already started using it ! lol
