If your all having problems with this product then I urge you to get in touch with the company, they are sending me a prepaid envelope and also a few questions about my reaction to it so they are looking to see why certain people can use this but others cant.

They will ask you for information from the tubes so have this handy as I had to run up the stairs to get this info.

I bought this for £10 in Asda at the weekend, but have already come up in dry patches, itchy eyes and small bumpy rash all down the sides of my face

Just rung them and they are sending me a pre-paid envelope to return this to.

Told me to use unperfumed products, take an anti-histamine and if it continues go and see a GP or Pharmacist.

My whole face is a mess today

Oh god how awful hope your ok!

I started using mine last week, and although I have sensitive skin it has been great although I only use it every other day. It is on offer in Sainsburys and Tesco for £8.64.

Its such a shame as the first day I was really impressed with it. Have just washed face with Simple facewash and used Simple moisturiser, fingers crossed this goes today and overnight as I am back at work tomorrow.

At least J&J are showing an interest and not fobbing people off.

Think I am best off sticking with stuff for senstive skin
