I was until recently, struggling to do this with my iphone too, could get photos off no problem with the wizard, but videos were a no no. Instead of going through the wizard now though, I go into windows explorer and actually click on where it says iphone (where if finds it as another device) it then loads up all the photos and videos in one window for me, not quite the same but may be worth a shot?0
