                                  in Credit cards

I currently have three credit cards which i am paying off £4.714 on a mint card, £2.247 on mbna and £2.448 on visa.
My minimum payments are £106 for mint £52 for mbna and £46 for visa(hsbc), my incompetance in handling this debt is probably self evident, i would dearly love some advice on how best to pay them off/consolidate more effectively

What is your APR on all 3 cards? Also do you know how credit worthy you are to possibly apply for another card with a long balance transfer offer?0

thanks for getting back to me, my interest on hsbc is 21%, which they just reduced to 6.9% after some phone haggling! my mint is 16.9% havent tried to redcue them yet, my mbna is 15.9$ and i just attempted to reduce them but they refused0

Good on HSBC for doing that. What the limit like on that card? Perhaps you could transfer the other 2 cards over?
Have you also tried applying for a card that offers a long 0% transfer rate such as Virgin?0

the limit on the Hsbc CARD IS £5.000, i have not tried to apply for a virgin or similar card though0

Just noticed one of your cards is already an MBNA (Virgin is handled by MBNA) so you might be better off trying for a different card. check the Best Balance Transfers guide for more info. If you can't get new credit then you could see if HSBC will let you shift the MBNA card debt over at the 6.9 rate they've offered. Then after that try moving the MINT balance over to MBNA if they'll offer you a good deal.0
