I can see why you'd say that, it's clearly meant to be provocative. If it highlights the issues of debt I'm all for it.

Oh I agree although provocotive wouldnt be the word i'd use...but reading through the "problem" page paints a whole different story to it...anything that highlights debt issues i'm all for...this isnt even close

    for example
    Dude,
I just went ‘krupt and then the !!!!!!!s are telling me I have to give them 50% of everything after bills. !!!!!!?

me_prob_pg1.jpg?w=150&h=111Chill Lenny – this is an easy one. If you don’t want to give them any money then don’t work. Get yourself on the rock ‘n’ roll and sit it out. They’ll soon leave you alone.

  • I don't think anyone would ever follow that advice - although I'd definitely like to hear about it if they did!

Back to the txt loan, if you have to pay it back in one week wouldn't it be easier all round to wait a week and spend the money when you actually have it without the need for a loan? With all the 'buy it now' brainwashing I still don't see people can't sit it out and spend next week. I wanted to finish my Christmas shopping today (I get paid weekly) but my mortgage went out yesterday so it'll be next Friday before I have any spare money for presents. This isn't causing me any stress or worry because I know I can get done what I need to next week.
