Hi
Can someone tell me if Easyjet use a bus to board the plane at Sharm el Shiekh or whether the plane pulls up to a gate for boarding?
Trying to decide on booking priority boarding but wont bother if a bus is used.
Thanks

If I remember correctly (from March 08), there are no air bridges whatsoever at Sharm El Sheik airport so boarding was by bus.
If the plane is on a stand directly in front of the terminal, they might let you walk to it but I can't confirm this.0 -
Hi
I just returned a few weeks ago from Sharm with EasyJet, and you get on a bus to get to the plane.

Last year when I was returning from Sharm with Easyjet, there was a bus to take us to the plane.
However the first bus was reserved for those who had paid for priority boarding (which many fellow travellers who hadn't paid extra were not too pleased about)
Have a great time when you get there!:D0 -
Thanks for the replies.
Ive read a lot of really bad reviews about easyjets priority boarding so was unsure of paying the extra £14 each return for it.
I think I will give it a go.
So much for MoneySaving :rotfl:

How much did I enjoy reading that!! - How many times on here do we hear gloating people who like to laugh at those who pay for Speedyboarding still having to wait on the bus....
..they don't like it when the shoes on the other foot now do they!!?? :T0 -
When I flew from Venice last month on Easyjet, they cordoned off the front section of the bus for priority boarding and opened the front doors first to allow those passengers to board first.3-6 Month Emergency Fund #14: £9000 / £10,0000
