Travel Insurance - Cover for Pushchair

Hi

I am looking for a travel insurance that will cover the new pushchair (Stokke Xplory) we have bought for our ds. The pushchair costed us 600+ pounds & I am really concerned about it getting damaged on the plane.

Most of the travel insurance policies I have looked at - provide cover for a maximum 'single item' limit of 250 to 300 pounds; and are thus inadequate.

Can someone help out pls?

Not exactly what your looking for but if its a short holiday your going for then buy a cheap or second hand pram, it wont cause you the same distress if it gets broken that your new one will. We bought the cheapest sturdiest we could find (charity shop) it was all metal. You wouldnt take a 600+ if you saw the way they get thrown around.
