MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.0 -

Not exactly a service oriented Customer Service Dept.
That seems to be the norm for Asda these days this "nothing to do with us" attitude.
Like when I complained to customer services in store about their Asda financial services cashpoint being too loud, I got "the machine belongs to the bank, nothing to do with us".
Ask a member of staff in store for help (if you can find one and have to interrupt their conversation), "I don't work on this section, I'll just go and get so and so".Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090 -

I just want to defend myself personally on this one. I'm an Asda driver and, although I do work for ASDA and wear the same uniform and use the same staff canteen, I don't actually work in the store. I walk through it to reach the doors to get to where the vans are but I still get stopped on the way being asked questions I honestly don't know the answer to.
I either have to take the customer to a colleague who can answer their question or suggest they go to customer services. So yes, "I don't work in this section" applies to me too.DEBT FREE BY 60Starting Debt 21st August 2019 = £11,024
