He might have been better off advertising for a web designer/manager.Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0 -
Perhaps it would be a good idea to create pages in the places where they were before :
eg www.pcn-uk.co.uk/ignore.htm - currently google shows the old version of "Q: What will happen now I've chosen to ignore my PCN?" - I think that it would be good to replace with something more truthful.0 -

Thanks for this post. Here we have a public body (job centre) advertising a job which is essentially illegal - you cannot "just" call yourself a bailiff a seize vehicles. Or am I wrong. Anyone able to advise?Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Thank you.0 -
It's one of the many many mistakes PCN-UK made, I like the part where they say you may be called upon to seize or clamp a vehicle that owes them money. Knowing PCN-UK this would supposedly have been done without a court judgement.
They sent their "Bailiffs" around to Alpha Romeo's house (Who is a poster on MSE since the incident) and left a note saying they were bailiffs and had a warrant. They had no warrant as they had not obtained a court judgement. This is highly illegal for obvious reasons and makes you wonder how many other people they had played this trick on and the people had been scared so paid up0 -

A quick check around BPA member websites this morning reveals that very few, barely 10%, now display either the ICO or SIA logos but the blank spaces are still a little obvious on some of the websites. Some websites seem to have been stripped of all logos. One might think that some form of circular has been put around? There was also a surprisingly high number of websites currently under construction or temporarily down?My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

It would seem that someone has already editted the wording of the "Permit letter". I'm not claiming responsibility though. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
