Ebuyer nightmare

What a pain you were then, sending a laptop back because of user error when there was nothing wrong with it! They would have been entitled to charge an inspection fee and return shipping.
As for why their tech support "didn't know" - nobody can know everything, and you don't pay them for tech support anyway, do you, so why do you think they're responsible for YOU not being familiar with how your laptop works?
So now the laptop has been returned and isn't working. That's a shame. This is the first problem you have had with the laptop (since the first incident wasn't a problem, it was user error) so Ebuyer will decide whether to replace, repair, or refund, unless they feel they have enough evidence to show you took the RAM out which is unlikely. If you've gone and foolishly bought another laptop then you'll probably end up with two now once Ebuyer repairs your one.
You truly are a nightmare customer.0 -
