Mobile phone contract

High all, hope some of you nice people can help with some advice.

I have new mobile phone contract with Vodafone, I've had some issues but thanks to their excellent web based customer service most have been sorted.
Only issue left now is that I'Ve received no post from them, don't mind about the bills as long their website keeps working but I never received a letter confirming contract details/terms & conditions.

When I asked in an email they told me the price of my call plan & how many free minutes I get, they seem to feel this is enough!

The terms/conditions aren't available to download, surely they are legally obliged to to provide me with this information?!

    The terms and conditions are on Vodafone web page...
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

    No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
