I have been charged £160 in over draft fees. there was no money in my account so i have gone overdrawn. i am unable to make payment in full and have tried to set up a payment plan but i have been told i must pay within 1 month or they will refer the debt to a payment recovery agency.
Could anyone advise me on this, my rights and if they are allowed to do this? I suggested £40 a month over 4 months and they said this was unacceptable and i had to pay in full within 1 month.
