Switching to Scottish Power via Quidco not occuring
I switched to Scot power on 7 Nov via Quidco link, it tracked I waiting for the switch to happen and letters from Scot power, but none received, so contacted them and they said they have no record of the switch.
I then done a nother application via QC on mon 7 dec, tracked again, called SP today and again no record of my switch application.
Raised ticket on Qc, but QC says they just link to partner website?
Anyone any clues? Tring to switch to online energy 7 tarifff with £100 Cashback?

They do. If SP are not acting, you need to ask SP why they are failing to record your application on their own website.
Now you've made 2 applications to SP via quidco, you may find quidco won't pay out anyway."Now to trolling as a concept. .... I am existing quidco user.
I chased SP today and they have said they have received it now.
My concern now is that the previous post states that as I have applied twice QC will not pay is this correct?
What can I do to advise QC that my first app on 7 Nov did not get through to SP but my 2nd app on 7 Dec has gone through ok?0
