I am running Internet Explorer on Windows XP, and have in the task bar Notepad icon and also the Windows media button.
How do I get the Desktop Icon there too. Had it with Win 98. TIA.

cant remember how to do this.. but if you press the Windows key and the d key on ya keyboard at the same time , this does the same job0

Right click the taskbar, Toolbars, Quicklaunch then the Desktop Icon will show up if thats what ye meant
