I always buy HP, however the ink cart's are expensive so look into a printer that you can also buy a "CIS" (continuous ink system) for.

Its a third party thing that basically connects little pipes to your printer cartridge, when all my carts ran out i was looking at a £50 bill to buy a new set, instead i spent 50 on a CIS, it comes with the equivalent of more than £500 of ink.

I've been using it for a year without issue and can now print anything i want without worrying about ink cost.

Google continuous ink systems for more info.
  • Its depend on your budget because there are wider range of wireless printer available. So if you will fix your budget then it will easy for us to suggest you.

I have had only two in the past ten years. Not wireless of course. They were HP and Epson and the latter was the best. A friend had a Lexmark printer and they seem to have prevented any company from selling compatible ink for their machines and their original ink is very expensive. There are some mentioned on the link below.

I use Epsons always found it cheap to get inks

Dont use a wireless option for printer although I can get it blue toothed with a adaptor or connected printer to router. In our house any printing just gets done on 1 pc and kids shove homework on there usb pen drive on there own pc's
