I returned two duvet covers yesterday. Follow the instructions on the back of the invoice. You should be able to re-use the bag and stick the return label on the bag. I used the free Collectionplus online service and returned it via Budgens. You're given a tracking number which I must follow-up...

I ordered items last Friday and Sunday and they arrived on Monday - weird. Noted that they debited my credit card rather quickly!

Hi all ordered imani dble & amelia dble on yesterday & arrived today!!!!! super fast delivery. Also advice note say £2 each, great bargain. Colours ok, they are for my son & he likes them. Email says: sub total £4, discount £6.00, Delivery £3.95, total inc delivery £1.95??? really confusing so unsure what i've been charged?????

I just checked with my credit card company. Woolworths had made three charges of £2 & £2 and £3.95 - then refunded me £3.95 ..meaning I paid £4 which was what I was expecting. I was really pleased with my 2 king size sets.

I got my duvets yesterday - thanks OP. Paid £8, got refund of £3.95 from Woolies, as they deducted £11.95 but credited me first with the p&p.

4 Duvets, 2 doubles, 2 kingsize for £2 each! Cannot complain!
