My order arrived today. No sign of anything being charged to card yet. I will monitor the bank for the next few days. My order was £35 but the email confirmation said total £35 minus discout £38 total -£3 weird

I placed 2 orders for £10 each and used just one discount code. The e-mail confirmations I recieved said the total for each order was £2 - However, I checked my bank account yesterday and they have taken 2 x £10

8 duvets sets for £20 is still a bargain though and I'm happy with this

Hi Sally, they charge you the amount without the discount and then refund the discount back to your card. If I remember rightly, they should refund it to you no later than the item being despatched. Silly way to apply discount I think.

The bedsets didn't discount much for me, so I used the discount on a stocking filler instead. £2.55 :T

They have not taken anything off my account yet Sally. I will be watching with interest.

I have the teal/chocolate one and TBH i thing the colours are quite dark with the chocolate looking almost black

In the pictures the cover looks grey/blue but in reality I think they look more like dark chocolate and turquoise.

I guess it's all down to personal taste but I think they're better than the picture.

I tried today & got only the free delivery code. I got as far as pay by card, so where has this huge discount gone?

I agree, was expecting a bluey colour but more like a dark turquoise

Me and my bad luck. I tried in a number of ways but most of the sizes I wanted have sold out and the ones I was ready to compromise on don't come up with any discount.
I won't b trying again.

As someone said - I am happy that it works for some people.

Got my delivery today, ordered 2 ks duvets sets, Amelia and another I can't remember, and I received 1 white ks flat sheet and 1 db ivory fitted sheet??!!!
How do I go about returning them?!
