18185 - problems connection

I use 18185 with a Virgin landline phone, usually no problem. The past week it's been impossible to connect to the 0808 1 number: there's just silence at the end of the phone. I've emailed 18185, but haven't heard back. Has anyone else been having problems?

I have experienced the same problem not only on 18185 but also on 1899.com and 18866.co.uk.

Yes, here too. So it was a glitch with the access number. I had an email from them this morning saying the technical team were looking into it.0
