Something positive, which has made my day.
I listed an item on ebay and for some reason [not sure if it was me or a glitch in the system] it didn't show any p&p costs and I didn't notice until it was too late.
When the auction finished I thought I'd have to lose out and send an invoice just for the item cost. However the buyer beat me to it and asked how much the p&p was and accepted the £5.31 p&p charges with no qualms.
