BBQ - First time doing one so need help/tips.

    marinading the chicken in some wine, herbs and olive oil will help it to cook quicker.

    Easy peasy coleslaw. Finely slice cabbage and some onions, grate some carrot, a few squirts of tabasco, small pot of natural yoghurt, seasoning mix, together with enough mayo to may it the mix damp, but not wet.

    great potato salad. Cooked baby potatoes whilst still warm smother with natural yoghurt flavoured with fresh lemon juice and fresh coriander.

    Just a word of advice: do not shred cabbage for coleslaw in food processor. I did this a few days ago and all I got was a watery slush after I'd mixed all the ingredients together. Better to do by hand I think.
